CD Spectrometer with Stopped Flow : JASCO J-1500 with SFS – 603 T

It involves the rapid mixing of two or more solutions to trigger a chemical reaction. The reaction kinetics can then be followed by CD, absorbance and fluorescence. The stopped-flow system is paired with a J-1500 spectrophotometer.
Temperature range from 5 °C to 80°C
