Admission to the Professional Master’s Program – August 2026

Important Dates:

Application opens: 1st May 2026
Application closes: 31st May 2026
Intimation to the Candidates: June last week or July first week (Tentative)
Start date of the Program: 26th July 2026 (Tentative)

Eligibility Criteria:

Common Eligibility Criteria:
- Four-Year Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Science(BS) or Technology (B.E./B.Tech.) or Computer Applications (4 Year BCA) or Architecture (B. Arch) with at least 60% aggregate marks or a minimum CGPA of 6.0/10.0
(OR)
- Master’s degree in Science(MS / M.Sc.) or Technology (M.E./ M.Tech.) or Computer Applications (MCA) with at least 55% aggregate marks or a minimum CGPA of 5.5/10.0
- Applicants from industry or other organizations, freshers as well as mid-career professionals, are encouraged to apply.
For Biological Data Science (BioDS): Applicants with a B.Tech. in Biotechnology, BS/M.Sc. Bioinformatics or M.Sc. from any Biology discipline (with exposure to Bioinformatics) are encouraged to apply.
For Data Science & Artificial Inteligence (DS-AI): On top of the common eligibility, students must have taken Mathematics as a subject at the Class XII level.

Choose the payment category as Professional Masters Application Fee

Your Application Number shall be the first four letters of your first name in lower case followed by the four digits in your year of birth.

Eg. Name – Sulochana, Year of birth – 1993

Your application number shall be sulo1993

For Department – Type DSAI for Data Science and Artificial Inteligence and BIODS for Biological Data Science

Make your payment. After paying your application fee, please note down the UTR number and mention it in the application form (link given below). Your application can be submitted only after you provide the UTR number in the application form.

Note – Your application consists of two steps in the following order. (a) Paying the Application Fees. (b) Filling the Application Form completely (including noting down the UTR number from the application fees paid)

Only after both the steps are executed will your application be considered complete.

General Information to the Applicants:

Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
The Institute reserves the right to cancel the admission, without assigning any reason, and also, if the details provided in the application form are later found to be suppressed and/or distorted in any aspect.

Fee:

Non-refundable Application Fees: Rs. 1000/-(Payment of Application Fee is mandatory for completion of the application process.)
Total Fees for the program: Rs. 2.76 Lakhs (For Indian Nationals living in India)
